5r110w Transmission Pressures. You gotta see this!
Take a look at these videos. I have been chasing a transmission problem ever since I used a stock tune. (Hey, don't do that). Sidebar, Thank you Mark K. for your help. Though I was not able to solve my problem, I was able to bask in your genius for a while. Anyone ever seen anything like this? It's like normal pressure in each gear is a "pop-off" point. I previously replaced TP Filter, PCA Solenoid and Direct Clutch Solenoid. Each time, I get different, but still not correct, pressures. Wondering if the tranny tune remained after I reset PCM/TCM to factory. Thoughts?
I am trying to get into the local trans shop but they are slammed and I have been busy with my wife's high risk pregnancy/hospital time.

Yes, Prayers for Mark. I've been through too many hurricanes in LA. I hope for the best for Mark and his family.

Thank you! I've got the house ready. Bad stuff starts Saturday and should end Sunday night/Monday morning.
There are only two possibilities I can think of to cause this. One, there is bad info going into and/or coming out of the PCM so that it is commanding these pressures. The second is a bad PCA solenoid, but I see that you have already changed that. It's possible, but unlikely, that you have a second bad solenoid. Unless there is contamination throughout the trans causing the solenoids to stick....

Clean and fill the bathtub with water
freeze blocks of ice (ice in front of box fan = a/c)
charcoal, gas grill...whatever you got
Get lots of gas/diesel and cash
I experienced Katrina, Rita, and Gustav in south LA.
Prep is everything.
2 weeks without power and clean water after Katrina will make you a "doomsday" prepper.
Also, lots of bug repellent.

Do you think it's possible that I have a bad seal at one of the pressure sensors?... possibly caused by running that dang tune. The building date on the trans is November 2002 so I definitely have the sensors not dummy plugs. Should I plug it with something like what's pictured below or am I just wishing for a cheap fix?

I have found from past outages that my genset can handle the big screen, some lights and the refrigerator/beer box. All a man needs.

I've got 5k watts, so I can run a few things simultaneously.
