my 94 Explorer 4 door have 158K miles. It sudden eat oil 1 qt each 500 miles.
Still work on overheat but it start improve.

Found this 98 Explorer V6 4.0L SOHC in junkyard because rear bumper bent down and mess up frame on leaf spring. To me it look fine expect rear bumper when you go look at bumper mount they twist frame so bad.

This week on my '91 Eddie Bauer 4x4 4.0l we turned 318,000 miles. still on the original engine, transmission, and rear end. the most work this truck has been through (aside from regularly scheduled maintenance) has been radiator, upper and lower hoses, water pump, heater core, and hub replacement.

I'm at 308,000 original engine and still running. Wont pass california smog right now so is just sitting in my driveway awaiting time, money and a location to rebuild the engine. I'd also love to turn my 92 Sport into a 4x4.

We are now up to 175K on our 98 mountaineer. Everything original except some rotors, axle seals and dash lights.

Lights for the radio don't work anymore. Still plays and will listen to it but dont know the station.

As of this evening, I have 90,605 miles on my '99 4.0 OHV. I've had some problems, but it's been pretty reliable.
