Most of those small holes were for the clips used to hold the firewall pad in place.

Speaking of Harbor Freight, the K-Mart in our small town closed back in June and already a Harbor Freight has announced it is moving in tomorrow of the store! Yippee!

1/4" or smaller I just zip closed with the mig. Larger I cut patches and use some cheap harbor freight magnets to hold them in place. Once a few tacks are in the magnets can be removed. Skim coat of filler and paint.

I love the look of the stock firewall. I welded all mine up with anything I could find, then ground smooth from both sides.

Jason that is a pretty firewall. I picked up the copper thingy at harbor also but have not used it yet. I get around to doing nothing pretty quick.
