Tow package vs Non tow package radiator size

I own a 2013 SCREW 4x4 5.0 without a tow package and have read that a truck with the tow package comes with a heavy duty radiator....I know that this was definitely the case in the 90s since my 93 Bronco has a radiator thats very noticably thicker than many of the other 90s Ford trucks I have seen and came with an aux tranny cooler. However I did take that into consideration when I bought my F150 because I knew I wanted the biggest radiator offered since I could potentially be towing my bronco with my F150 down the road. So when I went on the hunt for my F150 I found my current truck online and went with a buddy who owns the same truck as me except a 2012 with a tow package. After I looked the truck over and took it for a test drive I had noticed the truck did not have a tow package but knew adding a TBC and a tranny cooler was no big deal so the main thing I was concerned about was have a smaller radiator than a truck with the tow package, so in order to ease my mind I walked over to my buddies 2012 with a tow package and popped the hood and sure enough the radiator looked to be the same size as the truck I was about to buy so here I am 10k miles later wondering how did I end up with a weaker radiator?

So my question to you ladies and Gentleman is if the physical size between a tow package radiator and a non tow package radiator isn't the difference then what is?

The towing package does have a different radiator, but im not sure of the actual differences.

I have not heard if anyone having cooling problems by not having the upgraded radiator. If it were mine, I'd run it as is and if cooling became a problem I'd simply upgrade the radiator to the one that comes with the towing package.

You can get an aftermarket factory style transmission cooler very reasonable online.

I did the factory trans cooler on my non tow package v6. Only took an hour. The mounting brackets are in place and the cooler just "snaps" in.

Cut the upper existing hose and plumbed new cooler with some flex trans hose and clamps. Topped off fluid level.
