Actually, I have to schedule work, review work packages, assign work, do apprentice reviews (all 5 guys left in the shop are apprentices!), and do the daily progress reports.

Doesn't there need to be a ticketed employee around for the apprentices or are you the ticketed employee..certified might be the proper description..lol

Well, as long as they are qualified for the job, they can work on it, even as apprentices. All 5 have completed all of their training and testing, they just have to work 4 years before becoming senior techs.
