You need to install the ford specific PIDs and set up a profile, and clear those faults out of there. If the 4 blue icons on the top left are solid then you are connected. I always get an ECU connection error, but everything works when I install the gauges I want to have. I figure that it may be due to my chip. I just ignore it and move on.

I believe you have to set the type of connection"protocol" up before it will work.

Looking good. I'm assuming at 1500 rpm in park or neutral from looking at your duty cycle. EBP should be roughly barometric pressure plus boost, so that is pretty spot on. You can choose what you want to monitor by creating gauges. Once you start playing around with it it's pretty user friendly. Plus it helps you to know what your truck looks like when it's running well.

There is nothing to monitor on the HPOP. Instead you monitor ICP in PSI and IPR in %, which you have done.

ICP is the amount of pressure going to the injectors to fire them. The PCM monitors this value and adjusts the IPR% for what it needs.

IPR is mounted on the back of the HPOP. The PCM controls this valve to increase or decrease ICP pressure as it deems necessary.

I was able to find a website that gave me the %'s and psi information for everything I checked but I cant find out what the fuel injector pulse width means and what is a normal reading. Do you happen to know?

IPW is kind of a boring parameter, and is in milliseconds. It is useful for some troubleshooting, especially in a no start condition. Basically when cranking the IPW will be around 0.4 ms, the PCM is telling the IDM all looks good and they synchronize with each other. The PCM then tells the IPR to ramp up HP oil, when that value is ~ 500 PSI or above (via the ICP sensor) the IPW goes to 1.0 ms or more, telling the IDM to fire the injectors.

Believe the actual parameters are 1.0 ms to 6.0 ms but when driving I seldom see more than 2.5 ms getting hard on it. Some chips use parameter for better performance, and usually higher EGT issues. The longer in ms the injectors are open, the more fuel is injected into the cylinders, to a limit of course. And the higher the ICP pressure is the faster (higher pressure) the fuel is injected into the cylinders.

Your numbers look good.

Also monitor IPW when going down a steep hill, foot off the peddle. The injectors actually stop firing and the IPW will go below 1.0 very quick. That is why the truck is so quiet.
