sorry to hear about the accident, and the loss of your truck.like others have said we are all glad that you are alive and healing.i know that it takes a long time to heal,my sister was just hit head on about 6 months ago and thank god that she is alive too.
So glad to hear you once again will be able to stand up . Am very curious to know of what lame excuse the other driver came up with . I would guess cell phone . I will not talk/text on one while driving PERIOD !!!
Thom, thanks for letting us know about you and your accident. Sorry about your truck but glad that you will mend after some time. Listen to the doctors!
No matter what, we'll all be here from now and through the build of your next truck to see it through and help out what we can. Hope you feel better in due time, and take it easy.
Thom, Glad you are still with us. Sorry about the 56, but they can be replaced. I too would be interested in pictures and more details about the accident. A huge disadvantage of our hobby is the safety aspect of our trucks. None of the collision benefits of the newer vehicles.
As many have said just chill and plan your new build and recover. Rushing the recovery process rarely works.
Well, that's a hard fate! loosing a beloved vehicle in a crash caused by yourself is terrible enough, but loosing it an a crash caused by someone else is worse! What a sh.. I hope you'll recover fast and that you'll find the impulse to find and / or rebuild a new truck!
Sorry to hear of your loss but the two positives in this are that you survived and you already have another project to help with the mental healing process when your back on your feet. Get well soon.
