Cleanest cut for brake line?

Using a roller pipe cutter, but end is being pinched a bit as it breaks free, leaving smaller diameter opening for flare tool.

Best method / tool? 3/16" steel.

Thanks

You've got to spin it around more times before you tighten it down again so it cuts more than squeezes but it'll still never be perfect.

Or cut it with a cut off wheel and then clean it up with one of these https://www.swagelok.com/en/catalog/...part=MS-TDT-24

Don't tighten so much relative to cutter swings.
Use a inside reamer to clean it up afterward.
