I've got a 2011 Expy, 85k miles, and the valve lifters are noisy for 5 to 10 seconds after I start it up- both cold and hot.

I tried adding Lucas after the last oil change and I seem to remember it helped a little. I use Mobil 1.

Suggestions for this oil change?

It's probably the cam phaser issue they are known for, search around and read on that and see if it is your issue.
