Where does this hose go

Where does this hose go

It starts up by the battery and it was just laying there its long enough to go to otherside of engine

Well .... not to sound tooo blunt...but it would help if you mentioned what year and model and engine you are working on??

are vacuum lines or electrical..... they look like vacuum true??

welcome to FTE.
how about a picture of where they start?
if they are vacuum lines, there are only a few of them. if they start at the large coffee can looking thing, they are vacuum lines. if they come from a solenoid, they are electrical.
