Recommendations on tires? Truck doesn't see much use these days - tows the trailer less than 10 times a year, and just gets basic utility use with less than 5K miles/year of love.
Tires are considered "old" at 6 years and no reputable shop will touch them at 10 years old (other than to replace them).
Since they'll age out before you wear them out I would find a decent E-rated tire that fits your budget, style, and purpose. Just my .02
