From what I understand it is not possible to do yourself, at least not easily. This is one of the reasons that the KC38R was developed.

In my area there are a few places I can go for bearings and seals. If the area you are in is industrial at all you should be able to find a few. They're more prevalent than you realize. I know this because I delivered to them for a long time. They don't cater to the public so their signage is minimal if it exists at all. I'll bet ya Tugly can name a place or two for you.

Don't know about the seals but there used to be a company in the SF bay area called King Bearing. Don't know if they still exist but I would think so. They could cross reference just about anything made.

If you bring the stuff in intact they can mic it and hook you up. Metric sizes might be an issue for them though.

Thanks to everyone that has replied, I'll throw my stock turbo on and see what I can **** up. I believe my seals are leaking, so if the bearing is good it shouldnt be to big of a task.
