Sure thing! Now, are you SURE you want white? Green is nice too.
Yeah, gotta be white. It gets hot in the south. Green would cook me up before I got in the cab, haha! I hope you sell it pretty quick though. 7.3's don't usually last long on the market.
Feel about an inch tall this morning. Figured out why my mechanical boost gauge reads 1 psi less than the MAP says it should. It wasn't a leak like i had been looking for. Gauge was assembled at/calibrated in a coastal town. I don't live at sea level...
I hope you don't feel any shorter now. Unless I misunderstood what you said, it shouldn't matter where your gauge is calibrated, it should still be accurate wherever it is, as long as it's operating within it's calibrated range of operation, which would be pretty much any paved road on the planet. If you're got a 1 psi difference, then there's a difference. Whether the difference is important, well...

I agree. The 'g' part of 'psig' will change with your location. It is the differential between what your current absolute pressure is (14.7 psia at sea level and less at higher elevations) and whatever pressure is in the system you are measuring.
I'm not sure of the specific design but the gauges I used in the Navy used the pressure inside the case (which was vented to atmosphere) as the reference pressure.
Well what a crazy coincidence, look what time it is when im getting ready to work my nighshift!
Cool beans!
