John...think you've already helped a bit with the truetrac I eneded up throwing in lol

What we really need is a way to come up with some sort of side hustle we can all make extra money to spend on our trucks doing!

27*F here in MD this morning...cold by our normal December standards.

Like Brian, 43* this morning and I actually said "whoah"... I put on a sweatshirt, but am still wearing flip flops, I don't care what anyone says...

We need to run to town to do some Christmas shopping, mail out the exhaust adapter I put in the "Free Parts" section and then do some other BS stuff. Maybe stop at Five Guys for a great burger...

John, it's cold as CRAP here as well and we have 4 inches of snow leftover from the weekend....this can suck it. Hey, if you ever get up to Fort Collins, gimme a holler. We have been taking day trips down there to get out of Nebraska.

Josh, welcome. Great group of guys here and John is right....we WILL spend your money. Don't touch my beer either! But seriously, you'll find this forum to be one of the best.....well, THE best IMO.

It's great until they smash the crap out of it and turn it into a meat wafer.

I asked them to no smash it and they said "no can do" and proceeded to try and fill me full of lies about "flavor" and "crust".

I prefer my meat thick, juicy, and very, very, red inside.

I do love their fries though.

Burger was fantastic as usual...

Double meat, double cheese, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, A-1 sauce... Love it every time...

Spent most of the day shopping in "big town" which has just under 30,000 people in it. I couldn't wait to get the hell away from the concrete and stop lights...

Now for some chilling and cold beer.

Speaking of chilling, 29° now after a 12° start and a high of 41°. Clear skies and smooth sailing right?

Had a tractor dropped off at my place today for some excavation work, not by me but the excavation company.
Kinda makes my New Holland look small...

Sharp tractor Zach, growing up we had Allis Charmers, Massey’s and International IH and eventually Stiegers.

Sheee...oooott
Best i can feel/figure over the last 3 days, my clutch fork cracked/bent and is rubbing on the clutch springs...
Looking for the cast throwout bearing, and upgraded fork. Pilot bearing/bushing options have me all confused. Probably look at the original clutch while its apart and I'm into it that deep, only 98k on it tho. If it's worn enough I'll order the SB 1939OHD
What else am i forgetting? Besides ducking when the wife swings?

All I can add is that I am very happy with the SB 1939OHD and would recommend it to a friend.

Speaking of tractors we just started a remodel.....sort of from scratch. 3000 square feet double brick, they knocked it down yesterday and when I arrived at 7 this morning the track hoe was raking up piles and mashing them into the loader bucket which in turn was filling the dump trucks in the street. Keeping 3 walls standing allows us to call it a remodel and save 8K on impact fees that would be charged on a new structure. Also took out 3 Eucalyptus stumps two of which were as big as Volkswagons. This is one of the highest priced areas in town and the owners are well funded, bought it just for the lot.

My dad bought a Ford 8N a few years ago, that's my avatar pic. It's just as old as he it, I think it has been repaired just as many times too!
I've got a '61 IH Cub Cadet original for my boy, and a '62 Original we're restoring. I'd love to pick up an old johnny popper or Farmall Cub.

Here's a quick time lapse of the some of the grading today.
