Did you also forget the "0" in F250? I do not know how the original purchaser optioned that particular truck. I believe it could have been ordered separately or as part of a package. Is there a button on the HVAC panel labeled AC? Do you have air conditioning components under the hood?

ford pickups could be ordered with or without ac through at least 97.
