2007 Navigator Leaking sunroof aftermath!

I recently bought a pretty beat up 2007 Lincoln Navigator. When I initially got it everything worked. But my A/C, 4x4 button, heated and cooling seats, inside indicators stopped working on my way home and auto rear hitch would just open by itself. I didn't notice at first but my sunroof was leaking, after i fixed that, i took apart the kick panel on the drivers side and noticed that some of the connections were corroded so i cleaned it out and the lift gate stopped acting up, but everything was still not working, I took out the radio as well as and the passenger side kick panel but I couldn't find another connector plug. Would anyone be able to tell me where all these wires connect, cause I'm thinking that has something to do with it, being they all went out at the same time.

Also when I connect my scanner it can't read anything associated with those functions.

Thanks in advance.

I also forgot to mention that the Climate control fans also have a mind of there own.
