I've seen less than a handful of posts about f codes but I can get a pair off of a 2013 F-250 for pretty cheap. I see they are comparable to the B's but HOW comparable is my question? Straight swap or would modified be best and how much would it lift is my main question. I plan for V-codes in the front.

IIRC, the springs from a newer SD mount differently. I don't remember the challenge but I seem to recall something to do with the length and the mounting.

If they are from a '13 they will NOT directly swap to an EX. Starting in '08 the rear leaves in the SD pickups are several inches longer than our rear leaves, you would need to buy a set of cu$tom front spring mounts and drill the needed holes in the frame to mount them. Then you will need to grind off all of the rivets that hold the original mounts to the EX frame. But with them you could enjoy the softer ride that '08+ trucks had along with the squat under load a lot of owners complained about.
You can verify easily enough by measuring from front to rear spring eyes on the F codes and your EX springs.
These are the guys I go to for springs. Call them and ask for Junior and he can help you with what you are looking for. You won't find a better price either. Depending on where you live shipping might be an issue but they are worth it IMO.
