The truck has expired inspection sticker on the windshield from 2012 the vin on the sticker and the title i got match
The vin numbers on the frame and the title all match except for the 4 character the title has F10G and the frame has F10H but all the rest match except for that one

What can you do, you ask? Register it with the title and matching sticker VIN and offer NOTHING else. How much trouble did you have to go through to find the frame VIN? Do you think The Man is going to bust his hump looking fer the frame numbers?
By the way, the fourth digit in the title/VIN is engine displacement. The 'G' is fer a 302 and the 'H' is fer a 351M.....so what engine do you have in reality?
Good luck.

In my state the windshield insp sticker means nothing. Most of the time inspectors will ck the paper VI# versus the "warranty plate" on the dvrs side door edge, that has the vi# .
BUT THAT IS NOT THE VI# PLATE....versus the "Safety Certification" white sticker on the bottom part of the B pillar by the door striker that also has the VI#.
If those 3 match I am sure you are good to go. The MAN has never worked that hard to find a frame vi#. lol

When I first came to Arizona, about thirty years ago, I had to take the 79 to the Arizona Port-of-Entry, where they made me use a wire brush to show them the VIN on the frame. I couldn't leave until they inspected it.
I guess the rules have changed. When I bought the copper truck from a guy in California, he mailed me the title. I took the title to the DMV and got a new title, registration and plates. My current three trucks have never seen DMV nor POE personnel.

1973/79: G = 302 2V
1973/76: H = 390 2V
1977/79: H = 351M 2V
Do the last 6 digits of the VIN (serial number, decodes to the year) match?
VIN printed on the Safety Standard Certification Label, glued to the B pillar below the striker plate.
Warranty Number (VIN) stamped on the Warranty Plate, riveted to the left door face below the latch.
FoMoCo said the Warranty Number was not for title or registration purposes (because it was too easy to change). The usual reason:
People replaced damaged left doors with used doors. 99.9% of the time, they failed to install the original Warranty Plates on the replaced doors.
Doors are the same: 1973/79 F100/350 & 1978/79 Bronco.
