You are correct, only two miles from my house 25MPH.

It attaches to a Thule rack. This rack is amazing, it drops the cradle to about five feet off the ground and then uses gas struts to take 40# of lift weight to get it back up. By far the easiest way I have found to lead a kayak.

The Thule rack has a very long run across the roof, I'd be reluctant to put thee up there unless they were really light.

I guess it was a short trip; no bow/stern lines.

How does that attach to the roof?

UPS dropped off my order from Banner Auto today (thank you again guys). It contained the bug deflector, tailgate hinge/strut, and rear wheel liners. I installed the liners in about fifteen minutes and will wait on the deflector until I wash the truck this weekend. I do have to follow-up with Banner as the second mounting lug for the tailgate strut wasn't in the package so I'm on hold with mounting that.

Rear wheel liners awaiting install

Liners installed

Truck looks great, I love the wheel choice. Just curious what badges did you remove?

I took off the FX4 badges (decals) on the back end of the bed and also removed the small badges on the back lower tailgate. Not too much to remove, but cleans it up.

You know those wheel well liners in the back is a good idea. I didn't even know they made them, but I think I like that look better than the colored well.

Added my new 37's today and failed to install the tailgate damper because I couldn't quite get the driver side out of the rubber bushing. Anyone have some wisdom for this?
