Hello everyone i hace an issue iīm trying do the injector test but the injectors doesnīt work and i donīt have dtc
please help itīs a ford f550 6.0 manual transmission 2006
Looks like you got Chocolate in your Peanut Butter.
Now that we have that covered, can you tell us what works and what does not work. Batteries showing 12 volts, 48 volt at the ficm, does the truck turn over with the starter?
I know your earlier post asked for a wiring diagram so we need to be picked up to speed on what is going on.
Does the starter motor turn (does the engine crank)?
Do you have an engine scan tool? It would be helpful if we knew a few things:
Cam/Crank Sync = yes?
FICM sync = yes?
FICM MPower KOEO (key on engine off)?
FICM LPower KOEO?
Assuming it cranks:
Cranking rpm's?
ICP pressure when cranking?
ICP voltage when cranking?
IPR % duty cycle when cranking?
FICM MPower cranking?
FICM LPower cranking?
The truck doesnīt start, when put the switch in on position the injectors not work
Have you checked for voltage to the FICM, our Tech Folder covers the process. So Key ON, no injector buzz. Does the fuel pump even cycle? Right under the drivers seat on the frame rail.
To add to this be sure to check the high amp fuse for the FICM.
It should be in the BJB if the F550 layout is similar. The fuse is
one of the square types with the bead between the contacts. Be sure
to check the value but I think it was a red 50 AMP fuse.
In the F250 and F350 shown in this PDF it is F1.5 @50 Amp.
