Trying to wrap up the last few end of the month items that need to be done by the end of the day. I do not have much more to do so I should be done just before or after lunch.

It is not too bad. For what my job requires, I only have a hard date of needing to have my day to day stuff done. That happens to be the Wednesday after the 1st Tuesday of the month. The assessors have a meeting on the second Tuesday of the month (except July and August), and we need to have the work done on the mapping side so that our clerks can get the information updated in the database and produce a report of the monthly changes that the assessors get from us. Plus some of the paperwork that we get from the deed filings needs to be sent to the state by the 15th of the month. So some times we can be crunched for time, and not so at the end of the month.

Thats good. No end of the month stuff for me. Sadly we will have to enable a printer here in dispatch in the next couple of weeks. We disable the logging printer for a system because of the renovations on campus. We would burn through alot of paper and ribbons for it if we left it on.

I could see where that would be an issue.

Yeah it could be. Especially since we are the only office on campus that still uses a dot matrix printer.

I assume that it is due to needing a wide format printer for duplicate print outs?
