Damn hadn't realized its a full 3 months since I have posted any progress on LeMOnaide. We have been busy on 2 other projects so times been at a premium.
I know the positioning is not to everyone taste, but this is exactly how I wanted and planned for it. The contour is raised and tucked under so it follows the contour of the rear as you will see in subsequent pictures. Space in between will be filled with a SS panel that will be dimpled. Similar to the stock lanel most 78/79 Broncos had.
You can really see how it flows from the side view.
Like I said not for everyone.
Brackets are incorporated into hitch as in the earlier posts. Hitch portion is getting rechromed befor being welded on.
A bit overkill, but Just how I like it. Missing couple of flange nuts so you only see 6 of the 7 bolts per side.
This is how it sits w/o the motor and unbent beams. Front should drop 1.5-2" all said and done. The backs too low for my taste. When the motors in an the beams bent, I will see where it sits and how much the rear will get raised.
This where I would like it to be when done. Almost cant even tell theres a 38 gallon tank underneath huh?

Yes, I think they are all made by the same company. Besides the upsizing in the flange hole, they seem to fit fine when I put them in after removing the stock manifolds. I am thinking of going with AutoFab motor mounts as well so we will see how that fares. If all goes as planned the starter should have plenty of room and better cooling. Big plus was their cost too. We will see how it goes. Also planning electric cutouts, should ****-off the PoPo. If you go up about a dozen pics you can kinda see where the starter would mount and how the headers go outward from there.

Considering this style for my build.
Not mine but, I was considering stealing his pre-runner inspired bumper. I hate cutting up a new bumper, but the ones I have would require work before they could be rechromed. Also if I went this route would build a tube sub-frame the would make this fascia(for lack of a better term) hit worthy, as is it would probably do more damage than no bumper at all.
