Roller cam 351W with GT40P heads?

OK, change of plans. I have access to a low milage late 90s ford truck motor with a factory roller cam. Id like to use my GT40P's on this windsor motor, with a carb and standard distributor setup

I know the head bolt holes need to be enlarged.....what else do I need to do to make this run with the roller cam, GT40P's, carb and distributor?

Thanks!

I'm building a 351w currently and I put new stainless valves from alexsparts.com for around $100. A spring upgrade is a good idea as well but not necessary with the stock cam. If you opt for the new valves it would be a good idea to clean up the casting and bowl blend with a die grinder.
