Thoughts on a 16 f 350 rocky ridge altitude

I test drove one the other day, and while it was fun driving it, when it came to bumps, especcially at 60-70 mph truck wanted to go all over the place and the steering wheel was kinda shaky. It was a new left over 16 with a few miles on it. Is it worth getting it or am I better off getting a 350 and adding components myself?

Why would you want a truck that "at 60-70 wanted to go all over the place and the steering wheel was kinda shaky"??? Sounds like a disaster waiting to happen!!!
