Wont pump gas

I have a 2005 explorer limited v8. fuel pump went out so i dropped the tank and replaced it. Now it takes 1 gallon. then clicks off every 10cents. I dropped tank looking for kinked line and also blew out lines, I have replaced the valve by the battery.that comes from the intake to the tank. Ive read forums on this and seen videos on utube. I have the P1450 CODE. Unable to BLEED UP FUEL TANK PRESSURE.And the purge solonoid valve is costly. I believe it could be the ball in the tank or someone messed with anti-siphon valve. What I dont understand is ...Why is the fuel gauge run at 1/4 tank then goes to 1/2 tank. It has a lot of pressure when unscrewing gas cap.

as you put gas INTO the tank, AIR has to get out......... There should be something like a 1/2 inch black hose and tube connection from the top of the fill neck, to the top of the gas tank next to the fill line......... air comes OUT the tube and gas is filled into the tank.... See if it is kinked or plugged.

Did you have this problem before you worked on it?

No problem at all, before new fuel pump. it would take gas normally.
Does anybody know why gas gauge increases while driving?
Is there that much pressure built up in tank to move the float?

I think the sending units are slow or sluggish. Sometimes mine don't regester full till the day after I fill the tank.
