2006 Escape Hybrid Problems/questions

Hello Everybody. My name is George. I live in Tbilisi, Georgia. (sorry for my english)
I have several problems with my 06 FEH maybe some of you had same issues. I have imported this car from new york in my country 1 month ago, this is first Ford for me. Love this car but there is some issues and want to figure them out.

1. seat heating is turning on without clicking on the button, but not always it's random. Often on passenger seat some time on driver side to. I try to disable fuse but it also for 4x4 so it's not an option.
2. My engine idle rmp is always higher that 1000 . Maybe it is normal but want to be sure.
3. car cannot climb the hills here is the video (sorrry for bad quality) car is just doing nothing to climb no rev up no trying just stall in middle. In my country there is some roads with hills like this and I want to visit that places.
4. Cruise control is working random to maybe it will start speed control in one click or after 20 -s try.
5.Is there any way to see soc? factory unis is raplaced in my car with aftermarket radio. I have elm327 and tourque pro but can't find that option.
6. When monitoring with obd water temperature is always lower then it was on my other cars. its around 158-176F on other cars it was 200F.
We have ford dealership here but there have service and parts for 2011+ year models only. I hope anyone had experience with this problem.
sorry again for my English and long post.

There is a second fuse listed as for the 4X4 only so that that other one might be a mistake in the manual, pull it and see what happens. It might turn ON a dash icon too!

EDIT:
My 2009 manual shows two lines to the 4WD module although the one fuse shows it's for the newer EPAS which accounts for it being a 10A. So, pulling that fuse can't be pulled but I have disabled the 4WD by pulling that other fuse as it appears to power rear clutch coil.

Thanks for reply, I pulled that fuse and seat heating stopped working, but I got "service 4x4" message on dashboard. I never checked if 4x4 was still working or not cos I hate when some icons or texts ar on dashboard.

p.s I just understand my 4 and 5 problems. thanks to Forscan and elm327 I can monitor my battery SOC and as I checked there is brake switch error code so I think it is the problem why cruise control is working properly.
