Not to sound condescending In any way, but are you turning it the correct way?
With a serpentine drive they are almost always a left hand thread.
Aside from that, heat and a strong will not to be defeated is about all you have.
There are much better penetrating oils available than liquid wrench as well.

If there is room for an air gun, use that.
If not, I typically use a long "cheater bar" also known as a breaker bar. I'm talking 2-3 feet long. Those nuts are not easy to get off.
Obviously the hard part is finding something to wedge in there so the fan won't turn as you're applying torque.
