Pulled the sending unit and fuel pump. Bench tested and it seemed ok. So tonight I felt like Letterman's old 'will it float' bit!



Result - sorta! The sending unit float doesn't float very well. (The weight of the metal arm was enough to hold it under gas.) I think the unit was tight and getting stuck in one position.
