2003 engine swap into 2006
Did the swap and all works good except the boost is often at 3psI then sometimes it works good. Used the 03 harness. So did I need to change a wire or sensor or use 03 pcm?? I was told maf sensor might cause issues but no codes for it.

I would have kept the 06 HPO system... a lot more reliable. save the old parts before disposing of the engine.

Didn't the 03' use inferred EBP? Why it's reading zero.

I have been told that too but it reads the sensor and applies boost better with it in and in working condition..

Looking at your readings... they are 0v and 6.3psi across the board. Normally MAP+BOOST=EBP. And unplugged you can tell a difference in boost?
