Pulling a fuel bowl takes about 20 minutes. Hpop swap isn't too hard of a job.

think it might be a good idea to put new hpop lines lines in or no? I figured if it's gonna be new might as well put new ones in?

I just had one start to leak, if they have been on there awhile I would change them.

Agreed. Old HPOP lines put me on the side of the road in the middle of a trip. Mine were probably OEM ones.

Go with OEM HPOP lines. The ones that Napa makes will NOT hold up. Riffraff was my source.

To gain power, my '97 F250 was outfitted with a Power Aid spacer on the throttle body

I didn't do it, but I bought it that way. When I replaced the TPS (throttle Position Sensor, I noticed it was an add on. Everyone claims it adds power. I honestly don't know the difference, as it's always been on there.

No throttle body on the diesels. Welcome to FTE though!

Don't go anywhere thlugh guys it will be a little bit before I can get the hpop and Efuel to buy and install but once I get it I'll chime back in and let you all know how it worked! Since I'm still here is there an adapter for the turbo to build lower rpm boost?

I guess a 1.0 exhaust housing would be that. It gives you a quicker spool. If you're towing, you want to not look into it though because egts tend to be a little less manageable with the more restrictive housing.

I don't think you can have it both ways on the turbo. Not within a decent budget anyways or I'd imagine we would all have the perfect combination. Have to make the choice between quick spool and have it fall flat in the upper band, or spool later but enjoy more top end. If there is a suggestion I'll happily try it!

I've heard that the ford 6.0 turbo is a drop in turbo. 1 is it worth putting on in and 2 is it reliable? I've heard a lot of bad things about the 6.0

No a 6.doh turbo will not drop in. If you want a faster spooling turbo convert to Super duty turbo set up, the .84 turbo spools alot quicker.
