Rear Drive shaft guidance

Done some research but figured I would throw it out to the Excursion experts here, current situation:

2001 Ex with 6" Pro Comp lift

Vibrates on the highway but joints are tight in the shaft, which tells me it just needs to be lengthened. Called Tom Woods and they said they would build one with the double cardan to help correct angles.

My question is, some came from the the factory with the DC setup on one side, is there a reason I couldn't bolt one of these right in rather than spending triple on a custom build?

Other then you will still need to get it lengthened yes you can use a factory shaft, Tom and others use the same spicer parts to built their shafts.
