Update: The ball joints needed grease. That's it. Drives great now. I will still be getting a proper alignment after driving it for a bit to make sure nothing else needs to be done. Thanks everyone for your help. Any tips for leaking rear windows?

 

Thanks for the update, glad it was a simple thing. We did get a good lesson on the physics of handling though!
