2006 F-150 4.2l Lean

Howdy Guys,
Ive owned this truck for 2 years, 34,000 miles, and a majority of that my check engine light has been on.

Original code is unknown, but i remember Bank 1 was lean.
So we cleaned the MAF sensor, Replaced Air Filter, and hoped for the best.
Same error.
So we replaced the sparkplugs, wires, and coil pack.
Same error.
Took it to midas for a full look over, they found i had poor fuel pressure.
Replaced the Fuel Pump and fuel filter, no more rough idle or black smoke.
Same Error.
Decided to go ahead and replace the Oxygen Sensors, unfortunately i replaced Bank 2 sensors not Bank 1 so no change.
New Error, p2195 bank one sensor one stuck lean.
Replaced Bank 1 Oxygen Sensors
Same Error, p2195.
Had offbrand manufacturer send a replacement for the stuck o2 sensor.
Same Error.

Im getting tired of working on this truck, but I have another year of college so this bad boy has to last me that long. What should I look for next on this issue? Vacuum Leaks, is there a cheap way to test for them that doesn't include blowing flammable liquids around the hoses? Would it be one of my fuel injectors, whats the best way to test that? Should i just take it back to midas for another $100 look over? Any guidance would be appreciated!

Every so often a 4.2L will be reported here with intake manifold leaks that can cause coolant use and/or air leaks (lean). Try spraying WD-40 on the intake manifold gaskets while the engine is running to see if anything changes. If it does, you know at least you have to pull the intake and put new gaskets in.

Made my own smoke machine go on you tube they are there

My choice was a new steel paint can with lid , Put schrader valve in lid so I could put a couple of pounds of pressure in with small compressor with lock on fitting . The other side gets a fitting to hook clear tygon tubing to brake booster vacuum fitting the inside of that fitting gets a smaller piece of tygon to hold a cheap cigarillo . Duct tape helps with this . Light cigarillo quickly close lid air pressure fitting is locked on from compressor .
You will see smoke go up in to tygon , cigarillo won't last long . Took me three of them to find my problem . My tygon was very long so can could be away from car . Some people use cotton rags ,I guess you could put a little oil on them .Some people use a 5 gallon plastic pail with wet sand in bottom . Just make sure you can handle it if it gets away from you .
Truck is not running you are just filling intake system and vacuum system with smoke . It goes to your gas tank and all that . My leak was a bad purge valve under neath battery on a explorer .
