04 6.0 f350 injectors?

When I left work yesterday, it idled rough at start up and then ran rough on the way home. If I got on it hard, it would puff some smoke, not sure if it was black or blue. around 50 mph it at 1500 rmp's, it would vibrate but if I got on it, it would stop. Put some Rev X in the oil this morning and some HSS in the fuel drove about 10 miles, stopped at a stop sign, barely pulled out. nursed it home. at 50 mph and 1500 rpm's icp was up around 4000. This truck is mostly stock with 165k miles. It has an EGR delete, DC power alt, FICM by FICMrepair.com, new batteries. new u-joints and carrier bearing in rear, and recently changed the trans temp sensor. Fuel and oil filters recently changed. Air filter cleaned. Turbo was cleaned when the EGR delete was done 2 years ago. any help would be greatly appreciated. no codes or service lights

update: So I let it cool down for about an hour and a half, drove 2.5 miles, ran rough, but ran, turned around and came back and as I got close to the house it started shaking again. all of this about the time the trans came up to temp, but I think that is a coincidence. Then it looses power again.

Well we need some numbers to really diagnose this issue, but you say you have a 2004. Could be the HPOP dying, could be a lot of things. If you have an android phone you can buy Torque Pro for 5 bucks and get a cheap OBD2 blue tooth connector.

Well a couple, ICP, FICMV, temperatures of both oil and coolant, Turbo PSI while at temperature just to name a few. If your losing oil pressure while at temperature we could look at the oil system. Can you try unplugging your ICP and see if it's still got the rough idle?

Last time I had it out, at 50 mph and about 1500 rpm's it had an ICP of about 3900. I was just barely able to get it up the driveway. I unplugged the ICP and it still had a rough idle. Don't really want to take it back out on the road as I may not get it back home. After it gets up to running temp it looses power and shifts really hard. FICM is running between 47.5 and 48.5 volts. Not sure about the temps or boost.

Let it idle in your driveway and watch the temps, or take it around the block, it sounds like speed isn't really a factor more temperature. Could be something transmission related if all your numbers are looking good. Doubtful that injectors would act like that. Have you done the fuel bowl test to make sure your not taking in massive amounts of air somewhere? Take off the fuel filter cap, let the bowl fill, then take the wire closest to the passenger side battery, unclip it and put it on the positive stud on the battery. If you have bubbles, you have air getting in somewhere.

I think the ICP value is desired, not actual. So you're looking at what the computer wants to see but doesn't mean it is seeing it. Look for ICPV and look at that. 800psi/volt, should be .2 at KOEO.
Program IPR and see what the valve is being asked to during engine operation, especially if you can replicate the 50 mph, 1500 rpm run.
Program SGII for 'DTC Count' - it'll tell how many codes are present. It's hit or miss on reading them.
I think you have a HPO problem somewhere, especially because the issue gets worse as it warms up.

Update:

Sorry for not posting, but I have been slammed at work and haven't had time to work on it. I have 2 dead injectors and 2 weak injectors on the drivers side. Going to replace all 8 and a blue spring kit also.
