What do the jeeps weigh each? and what else will be on the trailer for the trips? Trying to see how "light" of a trailer will cover your needs.

I have not measured them, but imo they are probably between 4-4.5k.

Mine is an 89 6cyl with a soft top, lift, big tires and offroad armor.

One possible second jeep is a bone stock 91 w 4cyl.

Another possible second Jeep is an early CJ5 w/ V8, lift, big tires, soft top.

I think 9k total for both jeeps is a good guestimate. There will be nothing else on the trailer, but there will be stuff in the bed for camping.

Looks like the trailer will weigh 4.5 to 6k depending on option and length. 7k axles are going to be it at that length. The longer 14k trailers are not all that much lighter than the 20 or 24k sometimes. We were told by a salesman that the 14k trailer we were looking at was the same as the 24k next to it other than the axles and sticker. Not sure it was 100% true but the weights were much closer than I expected.

Try to find a trailer with the tongue framework back to the axles so it is doubled up. some do not have this.

Man, have I got a deal for you!!!!

I had a 2010 wrangler with 4” lift on 37’s that fit in with the hard top on!! And it would fit between the wheel wells, barely!!

27 ft of cargo deck, 10,000 cargo capacity, 18,000GVW! Air ride hitch, torsion suspension. Generator bay, wired for 110V/ 12V and can connect to shore power.

Good luck

That is quite a trailer; looks well setup.

Unfortunately, I'm not looking for enclosed, and 27' is not enough for two jeeps to be positioned properly.
