I took one spark plug out. Looks like someone put a sleeve in it to fix blow out in the past. It does not look like the sleeve is .TimeSert I took a picture of TimeSert. Clearly the sleeve that is still on the spark plug is not TimeSert. I am wondering if I still can install TimeSert even if the spark plug hole is little bigger due to lousy cheap sleeve. And idea?
If that's the TimeSert you have over on the right then the OD looks bigger than the OD of the middle spark plug. If that's the case then you should still be able to use the TimeSert since it's larger.

Great news. Then I will do it. Thanks. Yes, the one on the right is TimeSert.
All done. Took me an hour to do it. It was very easy because the intake manifold was removed as it was leaking coolant. I also removed the fan and the cowl. I ended up having ton of spaces to work on it. One problem fixed. Now waiting for the intake manifold and other parts.
While you've got the intake off, replace the heater tube that runs under it up to the water pump. They rust out and it sure is easier to deal with them while the intake's already off for other stuff. Wish I'd have been told this while I had mine apart.
