Would those issues present as a jammed motor with only 30 lb ft of torque difference?

1) Bent rod - motor at least spun very well originally, probably ran so I find that doubtful.

I didn't replace the rods. They haven't been removed from the piston and all were installed with arrow facing timing end.

Think I'm going to borrow a mic and see what I get, maybe go stop by Egge on Monday and pick up an original sized bearing to try.

It should move rather easily unless it is binding side to side or it it too tight on the journal. If it moves easily as expected, I would be looking at replacing the connecting rod.
I don't think thats the problem. Again everything spun fine exactly as expected right before I put in this new bearing. Spun freely when I pulled the motor, spun freely when I reassembled with original bearings, spun freely with new 1-4,6 bearings, jams on #5.

Monday I'll go get my mic and see whats going on here. Shenanigans man.
