I found a pretty interesting Netflix series filmed nearby; OZARK it has some similarities to Breaking Bad and The Sopranos . Not for children.

 

So they filmed Ozark in Georgia...nice. LOL.

 

Yes, GA has given over $1.1B in film incentives in approximately 3 years.

The scenes near the reservoir are Lake Lanier or Lake Allatoona they used both as backdrops.

 

I enjoyed Ozark also, fewer 'dummy' characters compared to Breaking Bad. Maybe dummies make for a more realistic series?

Better Call Saul is still my favorite.

 

Does anybody have suggestions for an alternate picture hosting site, now that photobucket wants a piece of my treasure chest to host and share pictures?

If you want a futureproof method. I recommend buying your own domain. Even a shared web host can probably keep up with the image demand of most forum users. I had my own domain for years and used it for image linking. Forums hosting photos and Photobucket became good enough to convince me to dump it. But now it might be worth doing again. Certainly cheaper than the Photobucket yearly fee.

 

I use piwigo.com because they don't sell your photos (unlike Flickr and others) or allow them to be lifted.
