Photobucket no longer allowing 3rd party pictures, all my photos here are gone **EDIT** NOT QUITE!

Yep, got an email from Photobucket saying unless I pay a monthly fee I cannot use photobucket for 3rd party photo hosting..so all of my photos on different websites from years ago to now will no longer show up, including hundreds of detailed photos here.

Anyone know of a free photo site that allows 3rd party hosting? Not sure what to do now.

Also if I find another site I do not think I can go back and edit all of my posts, maybe a mod can unlock them for me. I am going to switch to another host or get my own if I have to, still way cheaper than photobucket.

Using the "mountain" to directly load pics should eliminate the need for hosting. Videos, that's a different story. Picasa seems to work really well.

It's going to be the end of Photobucket. It's business suicide.

Once things were changed on here I've been loading directly from my computer the mountain posting stamp like Ross said..

While it is true none of the pictures will show up anymore in the threads, they still exist...if you right click on the photobucket message picture and say to open in a new tab you will be directed to photobucket and the actual picture that should have shown up. So although I am moving everything to imgur I will leave my photobucket albums intact for future viewing. Yes it is a pain but for now that is how it will be.

I do most of my posting from computer, and everything I have on photobucket is also on my computer and backed up 2x. I will no longer use photobucket, I will just leave the pictures there, but I have already started making albums on imgur to replace the photobucket albums.
There is outrage all over the net, I wonder if photobucket will back this off.
