IPR (%) to ICP (psi) chart for 6.0

I did a comparison between my 2000 7.3 and my 05 6.0, the performance of the hpop is surprisingly different and may very well explain the lack of power in the 05. Ive underlined the most apparent discrepancies between the two.
Rusty suggested that the 6.0 software has a buffer that dumbs down the injector performance to the lowest performing injector. while this readout could very well be that problem it could also be something else. I've got an appointment with don chalmers ford wednesday morning to put it on their diagnostic computer but am still going to have to fix whatever is wrong.
my question/request is: does someone have a chart that indicates the injection control pressure to the position of the IPR through its movement?

Looks like a leaker possibly

No point in comparing 6.0 to 7.3

You need operating values and preform them under correct environment

I would say you have a leak as well. 1.0v is equal to 800psi of injector pressure. 2500rpm should be 40% IPR and 21-23% at idle/650rpm and .80v ICP.

Mine sits dead on at 21.8% at 650rpm and .80v

Your idle is 27% and 40% at 1200rpm...

STC, dummy plugs and standpipes, oil rail orings, top injector orings are all possible. And if they have not been upgraded now the time especially the STC before it cracks the rear cover when it lets loose. And at WOT I see 72% and 3800-3900 ICP.

Put the gas to it and listen to a valve cover. Make sure you actuate the IPR closed with 12v, short periods to prevent it from burning up. Should hear the leak.

If the air is induced thru the ICP, then close the IPR. If you use the IPR, no need to close anything, just listen.

100 PSI is enough pressure when doing the air test.
Give it some time to displace all the oil.
