The NA 3.7 and 3.5 are not direct injected, which is the main issue with long OCI as it causes oil dilution.

If anything intake pressure(boost) would help to push a valve open, which would reduce the stress on the cam. Unless ford jacked the spring rate up there should be less wear.

I had a misfire issue on my 13' f150 eb. This was caused by manufacturer spark plugs coming with incorrect gaping. Replaced all 6 spark plugs and all 6 coil packs while I was in there ( that was my 1st issue in 70k miles) and I never had that issue again. I feel I should mention it only misfired at high rpms when I really got on it.
While I was replacing this I did inadvertently knock off the top of my oil dipstick 😂 that's a me problem tho not a ford problem.
I have done an S&B oiled cotton air intake. UPR mega Catch can with a clean side seperator to help with coking on valves. I am in the process rn of installing a mbrp 4" cat back side exit kit, a 2.5" leveling kit in the front, 20" wheels and 33" m/t tires. Thinking of getting a tuner for economy tunes and reprogramming the speedo.
Love my steel body truck, it takes a beating and keeps on ticking. Nothing like those new aluminum ones I had awhile back.

(I have thought quite a bit about what it would take to swap a new 2nd gen ecoboost into my 13 screw f150 xlt, keeping my 6 speed auto of course.)
