Did you see the pictures?! I think the frame/ drivetrain may be the only thing salvageable. Even the dash looked rusted out. I don't think you would hurt the value if you put a '56 cab on that one. But I'd keep the grill guard - that thing is a beast!
I've often thought about looking for a rig like this and putting my '56 cab on the frame but then I'd be wrecking a perfectly good, mostly original truck because I wanted something even more unique than what I already have.
