Power Steering Pump Whine

Power Steering Pump Whine
I have had three new reman'd pumps on my 1979 F150 4x4 truck with a 460 with air conditioning and all three whine when turning the steering wheel. I am running 33x12.50-15 sized tires on my truck. I am tired of playing the game of swapping to another reman'd pump when new is not available.
I have heard you can swap out a Saginaw pump/brackets setup from a similar year Ford van with a 460 and air conditioning. I have found a 79 ford van to pull the setup out of. Would the Saginaw power steering pump/brackets also work out of a 78 Lincoln that has a 460 and air conditioning?

Number Dummy,
Would the 1978 Lincoln power steering bracket/pump be the same as the Econoline van power steering bracket/pump if they are both 460s and have AC? I ask before the brackets/pump is already off the Lincoln but would have to take them off the van. I assume the pumps are readily available to swap a new one in place?

Doing some research on this topic and just saw a similar post from numberdummy from 2009. Now that is dedication to the hobby.
dis not find the answer I was looking for so will post it here.
See lots of posts on doing a Saginaw PS pump conversion, but what is easiest way to visually identify if your Engine already has a Saginaw pump conversion.
tks

My experience, FWIW, I had light whine after swapping my Ford pump for a same style NAPA reman for a few hundred miles then quiet. Still quiet after ~5 years. I think it was tiny air bubbles caused by the swap working themselves out. I did need to top up the fluid initially and since then, no change at all.
I think the Ford style pump is fine as applied by the factory... though the Saginaw is probably better.
