did you test the RABS?

can also pinch the rubber lines with a clamp to isolate an area, just don't squeeze it too hard

If you isolated it then that could be your issue.

okay i put in a new master after bench bleeding it to death.installed it and bleed all the lines and RABS in order....twice.still the same...petal to the floor while truck is running but not when off!so i got to ask because i have always had an assistant pump the brakes till hard and then hold, release the bleed valve on the caliper, have me till me they are holding when it hits the floors, tighten bleed valve as their are holding to the floor, tighten valve and then have them pump.i do all this while i have a tube connected to the nipple and the other end in clean brake fluid.i am seeing i **** ton of air coming from the front in the tube, but not on the rear brakes.no matter what i do i cant get it to bleed off!everything is tight and i have absolutely no leaks to be sucking air.

my neighbor advised me to do the same bleed procedure but instead of pumping brakes and holding, bleeding off and then tightening and repeating.he said i should hook up a hose from bleed valve to fresh container of fluid, open bleed valve and just pump until there is basically no air then do the bleed procedure i was doing before.thoghts on this???

Check this out:

I saw this in the Excursion section when I was researching bleeding the brakes on my Ex. Obviously with Photobucket sucking out, the photos are longer up.

Are you losing any fluid at all? Is it possible you have a line leaking?
