2002 F250 transmission cooler line fittings in radiator

I am replacing transmission cooler lines to radiator, and I need to change out the fittings in the radiator that the tubes screw into. These are flare/nut fittings.
The originals are very rusty..
Do these fittings "typically" just wrench out, or more to it.?

I've attached the "as-is", and "what should be.

Thanks for your inputs.
Dan

Not sure if those particular fittings just unscrew - they look like they do, but...

One thing to be aware of in a lot of these setups - only remove one side at a time or you can "lose" the cooling tube in the radiator tank.

Did you have to use a sealant, or is there an o-ring on the fitting?

Thanks guys for your replies!!!!!
