Need some front frame measurements (1966)

As I stated in a previous post I am working to get the new motor running. Here are a few questions:
1) What is the measurement of the front frame at the bushing holes?
a) first measuring from the center of the bushing hole...I get 33.25"
b) next what is the total outside to outside measurement at the same place. Here I get 36.25". I think I need to pull it .75" toward the passenger side.
I had my frame parked outside the shop at the farm. I was bush-
hogging and hit the drivers side with my front end loader. I used a come-along to pull it back, but I don't think I moved it enough. I will post some pics.
2) My carb sits on a 3/4" black plastic base. A hose goes from the back of the base to the pass/side value cover (pcv). Should there a gasket between the carb and the plastic base? Should there be a gasket (permatex) between the plastic base and the intake manifold?
BARE WITH ME JUST ONE MORE QUESTION.
3) I want to start the engine without putting on the front cap and inner fenders (using the entire wiring harness). What would be the bare minimum wiring to get the motor running?
Here is what I think I need:
Battery (where does it attach to the block)>fuel (temporary tank)>Radiator in place >plug the heater outlet (only one right?)> do I need to voltage reg?> some way to read oil pressure> some way to read water temp.
This is an epistle, not a post. Comment on any item where you have information or recommendations.
thanks

Looking at the frame layout on the Fordification site, it looks like it should be 32" center to center. It shows 16" from centerline of truck to hole on one side so I just doubled it. Link:

You could also use the bumper as a gauge for how much you need to move it since the holes on the bumper and frame obviously need to line up.

If nobody can measure their bare frame to answer that part of your question, the info is contained on the schematic drawings found in the 1966 edition of the Ford Body Builders' Layout Book. I have a copy of this book and will send you page copies if you private message me your mailing info. I'll not scan the pages because they are quite detailed with faint print. Stu

Yeah, I see that they scanned it. Their scanner is no doubt better than mine. Stu

Rsh:
My 66 (no hit) measures 32-1/8" on the holes' center and 35-1/8" on the oustside of the frame to the opposite outside. By bushing holes, I assume you're referring to the holes where the radiator support pads mount. (now the photos finally downloaded). Also, I would always use a gasket between the carb and spacer and intake on all mounting surfaces. Paper carb gaskets fine, no permatex.

Thanks for taking the time to measure and reply. Looks like I will need to pull the driver side frame over between to your measurement of 35 1/8". First I think I will see how the bumper holes align up before I do anything.

Resonateur, I put my front bumper on today and it measures 38 1/8 between the bolts. Your measurements are correct. I will need to move the frame at least 1". I need some ideas about how to do this. My first thought is to put my tractor tire against the truck passenger side tire. Then use a come along to move it. I also know that I have to keep in mind that the height must be the same side to side.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Wish I could help you there, but the correction is out of my league. Maybe you can consult with a frame guy...or internet search it. Otherwise, I'm sure there are knowledgable people on FTE that might have some suggestions.
