My valley is dry the galley plugs are dry but after crawling around with a flashlight and mirror I found oil weeping out of the silver plug in the picture to the left of the red arrow. Anyone know what that is called? How to repair and the cause of the leak, due to CCV mod?

You talking about the freeze plug?

The plug with the blue arrow is your oil rail end plug. There is a robust, blue o-ring in there that needs to replaced/upgraded to the newer material if you haven't done so already.

Shouldn't be any oil coming from the freeze plug. Oil is likely coming from the oil rail end plug just above it.
