This is my thoughts:
#1 new TB is bad or the TPS is bad.
#2 you didn't torque it down correctly and it's sucking air.
#3 you did not let it run long enough to relearn it's curve
#4 maybe try to disconnect battery for about 30 minutes to clear the codes, Just guessing on this last one.
Just wanted to follow up on my forced idle issue. Sent the PCM out to be checked and turns out there was a bad resistor on one of the boards. Received the repaired PCM and and all is well. Thank you.
