Dorman bellow up pipes steel gasket part #?

Anybody know what the part # for the collector to up pipes gaskets are? My work truck blew one out due to me not torquing one of the bolts right (passenger side the one close to the firewall) I found out you can install and unistall the bellow up pipes as a one unit with the stock down pipe in place (I don't think the 3.5-4" dp is doable tho) and pedestal removed. Learn something new with these rigs lol...

Have you tried reaching out to Dorman? I am not how good their customer service is, or even if they have one? Either way it should be worth a shot, a part number or lead if nothing else?

No I haven't reach out to Dorman, I just noticed this on Thursday. I had a spare set of Dorman bellow up pipes so I just install those instead as I couldn't find anything local. I'm wondering if the 6.doh up pipe gasket would fit on ours? They look identical but I don't have a spare to match it with.

Couldn't you use the factory International one as they are a copy of those?

No one locally or in the net sells them, I looked everywhere, called and no one carries them, only the 6.0 Powerstroke is available? Haven't looked into it deeper, someone has to have a part #.

Maybe we can get International to sell us a set of up-pipes without the gaskets, the get gaskets from Dorman and be good to go!

Knock $100 off the IH pipes and they might have a much higher selling rate.

So I got an email from Dorman this morning. The answer is they do not sell the gasket separately. I called customer service and asked again "what do I do if I need to take them apart? Crush gaskets are not reusable." She looked in their system and confirmed the email info. Not sold separately. Sent me to tech services. He said it's in the works to get them from their vendor as individual items so they can be sold separately but not available right now and not sure when.

He did say that the kit has a Lifetime warranty when sent to retailers. You can take the whole thing back to the retailer and get a whole new kit. I said so I need to remove the entire system from my truck, ship it back, wait for a new one if the retailer I bought it from is willing to do it? He said yes. I mentioned I got mine from Amazon and he said they are really good about replacing things. Said they will usually ship you the new item right away and let you ship the old one back later. Or you could buy a new kit, take the gaskets out and return the kit as defective. REALLY?

I had them transfer me to Marketing and left a message. Waiting for a call back.

I have a set of Dorman up-pipes that'll be here in a couple hours to get sizing info off of the gaskets. Will get back to you with what I find.

Got a call from a Dorman rep today. He said they are working on having just the gasket as a separate part number and that if anyone needs one right now he can get it shipped right away.

Adam check your PM for contact info
