I gave up trying to find replacements or a good donor.... so I am making my own. Check here
Not finished, but given a few hours this weekend, it will be and I am learning some metal working skills along the way!
You're off to a good start, I personally haven't done anything since spring on my truck due to summer being so busy. I also have a newer truck box from a super duty that I will be using the floor out of for my bed. I plan on using some scrap out of that to do some other patch work and possibly make my new cab corners.
I've searched high and low for usable outer corners online and in my area (Northern California). I have a buddy bodyman that was gonna barter for installing new floorpans, kick panels, steps, step risers, and inner and outer cab corners that I would provide.
What I decided now is to do it all myself and repair my corners basically like Fauj is doing. I ordered the gas kit for my Lincoln Weld-Pac 100. Bought it in '94 and have been trying to order it since.....
Here is the finished cab corner... all steel. It took several small pieces vice a few larger ones, but it's done and I can move on to a new project on the truck and there are many!
